City Slicker Tour (Totally Organic)

 
Visiting an organic farm can be an exhilarating experience for children and adults alike. Join The Wine Wrangler as we venture into our community to focus on sustainability, education, and our local farming practices.  Each farm is different and unique in many ways, however all believe in the practice of living naturally and sharing their family or organic farm with you.
 

There are many things to do and learn about our local area:
Take an herb walk
Sample heirloom tomatoes
Take a Pumpkin Wagon Tour
Grind wheat into flour
Sample homegrown honey
Taste fresh homemade fudge
Visit and discover how earthworms make tomorrows soil.
Take a tour of a green house
Sample goods from an organic bakery
Milk a goat
Taste goats milk ice cream
Learn the process of cheese making
Pet and feed the animals
Plant sunflowers
Learn and walk among the Olive orchards
Visit lavender fields and learn the distillation process
Sample organic wines
Pick your own apples, berries, herbs and flowers
Taste tapenades and olive oil
Eat organically grown food.
 

Join us on an Adventure in Agriculture that you will never forget.  We will visit at least 1 winery and 3-4 local family  farms:
 

Stops may vary depending on the season.  Please wear comfortable walking shoes.  Tour leaves Wine Wrangler Headquarters at 10am sharp. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Advance Reservations Required.  Sorry rain cancels.
 

PRICES:Adult: $65.00  15 and under FREE

This tour is currently offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.  There is a 4 person minimum for this tour.
